Just thought that I would post the solution to this problem....
Evidently with Notes 6, they have made some changes with the SSO (single sign on). The changes that they made apparently cause problems with Terminal Servers. Therefore, they don't support the SSO on Terminal Servers...
To get rid of this problem, you have to disable the SSO service. Until the next version, I guess users will have to press in their password everytime....
